Fressingfield Garden Festival 2023
22 gardens open in Fressingfield, Suffolk
Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th June 2023
10am to 5pm
A huge variety of gardens will be open, set in a small northern Suffolk village, with easy walking access to the majority, and free transport available to the slightly further afield.
Our gardens range from small and beautiful village gardens, through large and landscaped, to very large feature gardens, including a 4.5 acre gem with trees, terraces, croquet lawn and a half acre vegetable garden. Also a fabulous 13th century moated hall garden, a school garden and a 2 acre allotment.
See the sculptures and the scarecrows, some in the open gardens, others elsewhere. See the flower festival in the church.
Teas, coffees, alcoholic and soft drinks, cakes, lunches and afternoon teas will be served on both days at the Sancroft Hall, where we will also have a produce market (Saturday morning) and country living market (all weekend) with stalls selling a wide variety of goods.
Sorry, some restrictions for dogs other than assistance dogs.
Proceeds to St Peter & St Paul's Church, Fressingfield Family Trust charity, towards flowers and planting in the village and the Fressingfield Community Gardeners.
Plant sales
There will be plants for sale - grown by villagers as well as professional suppliers at stalls in the market.
Cost
£5 for adult entrance to open gardens, covers both days, accompanied under 16s free.
Buy programmes on the day from the Sancroft Hall in the middle of the village.
