  • Pre 1980s. Albert Ashfield Fress. Bakery in Church Street .He also ran a catering business. He baked 500 600 loaves a day and made deliveries to other villages.
  • Mr Pipe Village policeman in 1950s The police house was at Hempden of Church Hill later moving to the Stradbroke Road.
  • 1966 Averil was the third generation of her family to run this shop in Golden Square Beldersons
  • 1987 David Chase doctor in Fressingfield for 29 years.
  • 1915 Mr. Carter postman.Post master was Mr. Raymond.Post office moved to Jubilee House before the 2nd.WW to  Mr. Etheridge's then finally into Ashfields in Church Street .
  • no date. Smoking fish at Prospect House Priory Road from 1900. The Leftley family also sold wet fish and fried fish and chips.
  • Lucy Ashfield post mistress from 1949 followed by her daughter Andrea. The post office closed in 2005.
  • William Etheridge the wheelwright worked with 3 brothers at Etheridges carpentry firm.
  • Mr.Roland Button who fought in WW1 outside shop in New Street which is now the Mace.
  • No date unidentified workmen.
  • W Vincent. Shoe maker at Doggetts Jubilee Corner.William was the 3rd. generation of shoe makers here.
